26th Golf Classic Raises Awareness for Mental Health and Addiction Illnesses

Forty-eight golfers attended Carrier Clinic®’s 26th Golf Classic at Cherry Valley Country Club recently to support the 102-year old non-profit behavioral healthcare facility. The networking event raised over $26,000, and educated attendees on the importance of addressing mental health and addiction illnesses within the community. Carrier Clinic® provides mental health and addiction services to more that 5,000 teens, adults and older adults each year.

Carrier Clinic®’s behavioral healthcare system includes an inpatient hospital for adolescents and teens, adults, and older adults, a detoxification and rehabilitation center, an adolescent and teen residential treatment facility and a fully accredited special education school for children in grades 7-12.
