Cars for Carrier: Route 18 Auto to Donate $50 for Every September Sale
Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in East Brunswick is donating $50 for every car sold in the month of September to Carrier Clinic, an NJ psychiatric hospital and recovery center in Belle Mead, N.J., in support of its many programs to aid individuals battling mental illness and substance abuse. This charitable fund-raiser by Route 18 Auto is taking place during September’s World Suicide Prevention Month and National Recovery Month, two observances on the calendar that are of increasing public importance given the 25 percent increase in suicide rates this decade and the burgeoning scourge of opioid addiction nationwide.
